lotte department store subway entrance convenient location

the hotel is near the lotte department store (i went there a lot!). a starbucks is located below the hotel, alongside a convenience store. the subway entrance for line #1, city hall station exit 6, is directly at the hotel entrance. it made getting around easy.

the room was a bit too small for me.

Really good Location and Comfort

central location friendly staff

The hotel is in a great location, with quick walks to street food and the train station. The hotel is clean. The location is very central. The staff is also helpful and friendly!

I stayed for six nights. The twin room I booked was small, and I felt claustrophobic! I also found that the temperature was not adjustable, so the room was too hot.

The lobby offers vending machines with forgotten items. Breakfast offers a good variety of food. The gym has one treadmill that works. The location is convenient for tour pickups.

dim lighting stuffy room

the location was acceptable for getting around the city.

The room was not good. The lighting was dim yellow light, hard to read. also, the bathroom sink barely worked. the temperature in the room was stuffy, even with the window open and they only offered a fan.

fantastic location polite staff clean premises

The hotel is in a fantastic location near shopping and dining options. The staff were very polite and professional throughout my stay. It was Super clean clean, and I would certainly stay here again.

The room was quite cold, even after I tried adjusting the thermostat. It did not get warmer.

inadequate lighting lighting system

The breakfast offered many great choices. Every item tasted delicious. Staff seemed friendly and helpful to me.

I must mention the inadequate lighting present in the room. I felt the need to use a flashlight so I could read without issue and locate my personal items. The hotel needs to replace the entire lighting system to correct this problem.
